    EU Bidders please note: IOSS rules state that lots under 150 Euros should not be charged customs or import duty if VAT is paid. Two countries, namely Italy and Austria, however, routinely ignore this rule, and I have just had a case in France. Other EU countries have been ok thus far.
    This is a very sad situation, but please take the possibility that you may be charged import duty into account when bidding. I am not liable to pay import/customs duty. I believe the 150 Euro rule will be changing in 2025. I hope the situation doesn't become even worse!
